We have developed two types of insurance coverage in partnership with Europ Assistance and CATTOLICA Assicurazioni.
The first is the "Easyrent" guarantee which integrates the security deposit and is therefore mandatory. The advantages of this guarantee are many: you are protected in case of any damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay which exceeds the security deposit paid, up to a maximum of 5,000 euros. Furthermore, you avoid any dispute over the liability of the damage and its quantification during the checkout phase.
For owners, we have developed the "Active Casa Apuliarentals" policy in collaboration with CATTOLICA Assicurazioni. This insurance policy offers complete coverage for the property, including theft, fire and civil liability towards third parties, up to a maximum of €1,000,000.
And all this starting from €290 per year. This is our way of guaranteeing you worry-free property management.
