Our home fitness experiences consist of a wide range of courses customized to meet your needs and preferences.

You can book Pilates lessons to improve your strength and flexibility, or opt for individual training which includes sessions of cross training, weight lifting, GAG (legs-abs-buttocks), TRX, kettlebell training, postural gymnastics, functional mobility and stretching.

We customize the program according to your needs and level, guaranteeing you a safe, complete and personalized training experience, without you having to organize any travel, in the comfort of your holiday home.

You can schedule one or more training sessions at the time of booking or during your overnight stay, through our Villa Expert.
