Payment of the security deposit is required (exclusively by credit card/PayPal) as a guarantee in case of accidental damage; payment must be made before arriving at the facility.
WHAT IS THE EASYRENT GUARANTEE?
The EASYRENT Guarantee, payment of which is mandatory at the time of booking, allows the customer not to pay the security deposit upon payment of the balance or upon arrival and to have EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during his stay ( up to the maximum value indicated and with the foreseen limitations).

Generally our villas for rent have a weekly rental period, however the rental period may vary by a few nights depending on seasonality, therefore we recommend that you contact our customer service.
